Important Information:
- Registrants can enter scratches during the open reservation period
- If your registration’s payment is still processing, you must wait until the payment is processed and marked as completed before making edits to your registration.
- Payments usually process within 2-3 business days. Delays may occur if there are any issues.
NEW CHANGES AS OF APRIL 2024 - SCRATCH CREDITS
When scratching before the deadline, an athlete’s registration fee will now be available to be used as a “credit” if you’re swapping in another athlete to register. This allows registrants to avoid paying for an additional athlete and needing a refund check from the meet host at the competition. Meet hosts, this will lessen the amount of refund checks that need to be handled. Sounds like a win-win to us.
Please note that if you are only scratching an athlete and don’t use the athlete fee credit, the meet host will need to issue a refund check. AllGymnastics does not handle refunds between the registering gym and host gym.
This credit will be reflected on the registration details report and the refund report. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding this scratch credit.
For NGA, USAIGC, and AAU:
- From your AllGymnastics Dashboard, select Entered Meets from the left menu
- Select the Meet you want to scratch your athlete(s) from
- Select the green Edit button at the top (if this button is not showing that means registration is closed, please reach out directly to the meet host regarding scratches)
- Find the athlete(s) you want to scratch and click the three dots to the right of their name
- From the dropdown menu, select Scratch
- Scroll to the bottom and select Next
- To process the scratch you must complete the payment section. If you are only scratching an athlete, the amount will be zero. Select a payment method and click Proceed to Payment
- Select Yes from the pop up. Once completed, AllGymnastics will let you know if your changes were made successfully.
For USAG:
Registrants must scratch the athlete via the USAG reservation system first before processing on AllGymnastics
- Log on to www.usagym.org and go to Meet Reservations
- Select the meet, scroll down and select Modify
- Select Cancel Reservations, select the athletes you are scratching
- Select Submit, Finish, OK, and scroll to the bottom to select Submit
- These changes will be sent over to AllGymnastics
- Go to your AllGymnastics Dashboard
- Find the meet that has the changes. Select View Details and Merge
- The registration should reflect the scratch/changes made from the USAG Reservation system
- If the changes are showing correctly, scroll to the bottom and select Next
- To process the scratch you must complete the payment section. If you are only scratching an athlete, the amount will be zero. Select a payment method and click Proceed to Payment
Select Yes from the pop up. Once completed, AllGymnastics will let you know if your changes were made successfully.
