Please read through the directions if you’re having difficulty merging your USAG Reservations after making changes at usagym.org
Please Note:
- USA Gymnastics Reservations are required to enter any USAG Sanctioned events.
- You must have an account on AllGymnastics.com
- Be sure you have entered your method of payment into your AllGym account
- This is for those who have made changes to their reservation on USAGym.org and have to merge their reservations in AllGymnastics

Finish your reservation changes at USAgym.org. Once submitted on USAGym.org you should receive a message “Successfully sent revised meet reservation details for sanction ##### and club X to AllGymnastics (MeetViP).”
- Sign in on AllGymnastics.com

On your dashboard, there should be a USAG Reservation Update in red. Click the View Details and Merge button in the bottom right.

You should see your prior meet reservations in addition to any newly added athletes or changes.

Select their T-shirt sizes (if applicable and set up by meet host).

It is at this point you will also have the opportunity to enter as Team (if the meet host has set up a team designation). Click the 3 dots next to the "Athletes in this level are NOT registered as a team" and select Register as a Team in green.

Verify the details of your reservation are correct.
- Select the green Next button in the bottom right corner.
- Select your method of payment and click the green Proceed to Payment button in the bottom right.
