If you need to add another user to access your gym club’s information for registering or hosting meets through AllGymnastics, we suggest adding them as an authorized user.
The individual should create their own AllGymnastics account. The link to that process is located here:

Once their account is created, follow this process on the account you want to give them access to:
1. From the dashboard, select Profile from the left menu
2. Under the My Account menu, select Access Management
3. Under Account Managers click the blue Invite a Member button
4. Enter the email address the individual used to create their AllGymnastics account with
5. An email invitation will be sent to that email address
6. Once the person accepts the emailed invitation, they will have access to the account
7. The account that invited the authorized user will have to manage the permissions to determine what features the authorized user has access to
8. To manage permissions go to My Account, select Access Management
9. Under Account Manager, select the green edit button to edit permissions
10. Select the checkbox(es) of the features you’d like to give the authorized user permission to access. These features include: Managing gyms, managing rosters, creating meets, modifying meets, creating and modify registrations, emailing participants, email hosts, accessing reports, and being cc’d on emails regarding the account
11. Once permissions are selected, click the blue Save button
12. Once permissions are set, to view the gym’s account, at the top of the dashboard from the “Currently Managing” tab select the dropdown menu and select the account you’d like to access
Please note: The authorized user will need to have their payment methods active on their account. They will not be able to access the payment methods on the account you are granting them access to. This is implemented to protect each user’s financial information.

Details regarding account permissions are below:
Manage Gyms - this gives the authorized user access to view and edit your gym’s club memberships
Manage Rosters - this gives the authorized user access to view and edit athletes' and coaches rosters
Create Meets - this allows the authorized user to create meets
Modify Meets - authorized user is enabled to edit existing meet information
Email Participants - authorized user has access to email participants of meets
Email Hosts - authorized user has access to email
Access Reports - authorized user has access to view reports for meets
CC’d on emails - authorized user will be cc’d on emails sent out from the AllGymnastics account
